Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MC, Discover, American Express and Paypal.Money Orders: Money Orders are accepted. Please make payable to Goosy Gear, LLC. After checkout, you will receive an email with the address to submit payment. Please note, purchases by Money Order will not be created or shipped until payment has cleared. Secure Shopping: Our shopping cart is secure to protect your information. Credit Card Receipts: Your credit card statement will reflect a purchase from GOOSYGEAR.COM.

How much is shipping?
A:
$5.00 flat-rate shipping for each package shipped to a U.S. address (including Alaska & Hawaii). All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We do not hide our shipping costs, and do not add hidden costs or handling fees!International Shipping: Yes! We ship internationally. Please contact us for a shipping quote on international orders. Recipients are fully responsible for additional taxes and fees on international orders. We may not be ablet o ship to some locations. A.P.O. & F.P.O: Please contact us for a shipping quote to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

When will I receive my order?
A:
All items are shipped within 14 days of purchase.* All orders ship USPS Priority Mail. Because all orders are custom-made following your purchase, please allow the full 14 days for shipment. However, if you need fast shipment for a baby shower, new baby gift, birthday, or any occasion, please contact us! We will do our best to accommodate your request!
*Please Note: Our busiest season is from November 1 - December 31. If you are placing an order during this time frame, please contact us to verify delivery time. We continue to do our best to ship orders within the 14 day window, but it is a very busy time & orders may take slightly longer to process during November/December.
International Orders: Yes, we ship internationally! Please contact us for shipping rates & estimated timeframe on international orders.
Q: Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
A:
Because each item is custom-made following your purchase, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the error is found to be ours. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us! If we have made a mistake in creating your item, we will happily & quickly make an exchange!To request an exchange, please contact us with your order # and a brief description of the problem. We will work with you to resolve the situation. The original item must be returned to us before the exchange will be processed. If the error is found to be ours, we will happily provide a replacement product.

Yes! We love fulfilling custom orders! Are you looking for a special fabric or theme? We will work with you to provide digitial fabric samples & search for a fabric to match your request.Is your child hard to fit? Does he/she have a long or short inseam? Contact us with your request - we can adapt our lounge pants, overalls, and more to fit custom inseam measurements. Want to add a matching blanket for your personalized toddler pillow? Contact us! If we have the fabric, we will be happy to honor your request! *Please note: We love completing custom orders - it's always interesting & fun to work on something new & different! However, due to time constraints during peak times, we may not be able to honor all requests. We will try our best. If we can't meet your needs, we will try to refer you to someone who can! Some custom requests we have worked on in the past include, specialty nursery bedding, custom children's quilts, adoption themed designs & embroidery, new aunt, grandma, grandpa, mom, dad...designs, unique motocross designs, photo transfer t-shirts, custom fabric searches, and more! What materials do you use in creating your products? Are your products truly hand-crafted?
A:
We are very selective in the materials used to create our products. We purchase durable, quilting-quality fabrics, from top of the line manufacturers. Quilting quality fabrics have a higher thread count and are designed to hold up to many washings and the wear & tear of 'real use' over many years.Most of our fabrics are 100% cotton, or 100% cotton flannel. Our knits are durable & hold their form, yet have a gentle stretch to fit growing children. Our fleece is ultra soft, and selected because of it's unique stretch, which allows for wiggle-room in sizing our infant & toddler fleece hats. Our ultra-soft baby blankies are like none-other. This is a unique material, that washes very well, and is so soft you have to feel it to believe it. Yes, our products are hand-crafted! Each item is made just-for-you, by Goosy, following your purchase. We take the utmost care in stitching your item - edges are professionally serged to reduce fraying. Fabrics & appliques are solidly stitched. Embroidery designs are checked before shipment, to ensure all stitches are solid.
Q: Size Chart
Do you have a size chart? Can you help me decide which size to order?
A:
Because our products are continually changing, we do not list a size chart on our website (yet!). However, please contact us with your specific questions! I am happy to provide inseam measurements, or create a custom item to fit your child.If you are not sure which size to order, please ask! I can give you specifics on the stretch of the fabric, the inseam measurements, etc. Most of our items run very true-to-size. Some (such as our lounge pants) are cut slightly generous for comfort. Our fleece & knit hats are true-to-size, but stretch as the child grows, providing extra months of wear.
Q: Store Locations
Do you have storefront? Where can I see your products in person?
A:
We are currently an online-only store, and do not have a physical storefront. You may see our items in person at one of our shows throughout the year, or by visiting one of our retailers.If you are in the Buffalo area and would like to stop by our studio, please contact me! The studio is open by appointment only.
Q: Wholesale and Dropship
Do you sell wholesale to other retailers? Do you offer a drop-ship agreement for other retailers?
A:
Yes! Some of our items are available for wholesale purchase, or are eligible for drop-ship agreements. Restrictions apply. Retailers must complete a wholesale application form, and provide proof of your business registration and the nature of your store. Please contact us for details.
